Our Story

 Welcome to National Pasta, where tradition meets innovation. Founded in 2009 by Mauro Pennacchioli, we began our journey as a small pasta-making company, driven by a passion for quality and authenticity. Over the years, we’ve grown and evolved into a premier co-packing and production facility, helping other brands bring their culinary visions to life. 

 We're excited to share that everything we produce—whether it’s our signature pastas, frozen entrees, or ready-to-eat meals are available in our retail stores for everyone to enjoy.

 Located in the heart of Cambridge, Ontario, our state-of-the-art facility spans 40,000 square feet, seamlessly combining traditional pasta-making expertise with modern innovation. This cutting-edge facility enables us to produce pasta and other food products that meets the highest standards of quality and taste.

At National Pasta, we place a premium on quality and safety. Our facility holds federal certifications from both the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for meat and fish. Additionally, we are proud to be BRC (AA) certified, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards in food safety and quality management.

We also understand the importance of catering to various dietary needs. That’s why we offer gluten-free certified pasta, ensuring that those with gluten sensitivities can enjoy our products without sacrificing flavor or texture.
